Optimal Health Seminar: July 25-27
Every other year since the summer of 1996, we have hosted, with the help of our friends, an Optimal Health Seminar, using St Olaf College*'s beautiful summer conference facilities. We are not as famous as the annual Texas Barleygreen® Convention, which is nine years old, but we have a style of our own that those who have come more than once recognize and appreciate. We have a Thursday evening keynote speaker, lectures, Q&A, testimonies on Friday/Saturday, a banquet on Friday evening featuring healthy food and talented entertainment. We also have a cast of players who have produced and executed Greenridinghood I, Greenridinghood II, and Pilgrim's Progress, which we interspersed between lectures on Friday and Saturday for comic relief.
Speakers have been engaged and the schedule is firming up.

- Air-conditioned dorm rooms will be available, either singles or doubles, on St Olaf's beautiful campus at half the cost of hotels. Other lodging information also will be provided to those who register.
- How we serve you
- The committee planning these every-other-year seminars takes very seriously the evaluations of participants. We try to make each event even better than previous ones.
- How you can help us
- We hope you make long range plans because we have to; the venue/speakers are always engaged a year and a half previous. We are good at multi-tasking, but we need your help to publicize this event, and to register early so that we can conclude our arrangements with the College. Also the multiplicity of details involved in hosting these events means that we cannot depend on everything miraculously falling into place the last minute, especially this year, since the dates of the Hawaii AIM gathering were recently changed and are now back-to-back with the dates we chose last spring. We look forward to your cooperation. We have never not refunded money that people had sent for registration if they were forced to cancel. Please trust us.
