Nourish your cells

Nourish your body by giving it the nutrients it needs at the cellular level. Build your diet around whole foods, preferably eaten whole. Those who eat roughly 70-75% of their calories from vegetables, fruits, and whole grains, 15-20% from proteins, and only 5-10% from fats have been shown to have fewer health disorders than those who eat a more typical North American diet. Drinking at least eight glasses of water a day is also a part of nourishing your body.

We cannot simply eliminate without nourishing. As we eliminate unhealthy lifestyle choices, we need to replace them with healthy ones.
